Celebrate God

Wellspring United Church of Christ is a community committed to mission, social justice, intentional inclusivity, and decision making by conversational consensus.

Wellspring's vision, as stated in its covenant, is focused on being a nurturing, inclusive community, affirming the broad diversity in the human population, and embracing a mission to reach out to the larger community.

We gather for Sunday worship at 11:00 am at the small white frame church at 13510 Lee Hwy, just west of Union Mill Road.  Come join us as we celebrate Christ’s message for our world today.

Covenant of Wellspring UCC.

The Worship of God at Wellspring is:
  • Informal
  • Joy-Filled
  • Participatory
Our worship reflects the ecumenical roots of our denomination, as well as the diverse backgrounds of our members.  A unifying theme is our Covenant, which we re-affirm each Sunday, during worship.  Scripture is central to our worship, as together we seek new insights that we may apply to our everyday lives.

We celebrate the presence of the Spirit with thoughtful and upbeat sacred and secular music.  The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

All are invited to participate.

The children of the congregation gather for Sunday School during the worship service and then join the adults at the end of the service, to share in the benediction circle and closing prayer.

Worship is followed by a social hour filled with cofee, conversations, and tasty treats.  On the third Sunday of each month, our social hour is a pot-luck lunch.

Visitors are always welcome!
